Return Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all eyelash products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
For hygiene and safety reasons, once opened or used, these cannot be returned or refunded.
However, if your item was damaged shipping, if you received the wrong item, or if the product is defective, we will gladly accept a return. To be eligible, please ensure the item is unused, in its original, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

-Clear photos of the item,
-Clear photos of the packaging.

Once the return has been received and accepted a email will be sent out to notify you. If approved we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. (Please allow 5-10 business days for refund.)A refund is processed by an either a credit note or being sent to the original payment method.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
