Appointment Booking Fees

 

To avoid last-minute cancellations and no-shows, we require: £10 booking deposit for all appointments.

Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final service cost.

If you do not follow our cancellation policy or fail to attend your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

 

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.If less than 24 hours’ notice is given:

- Your deposit will be forfeited and the outstanding remainder for the appointment will be required to be paid. 

 

No Shows

 

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice:

-Your deposit will be forfeited and the outstanding remainder for the appointment will be required to be paid.

-Your file will be marked as a “No Show”

-Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

 

Products & Orders

 

All product purchases made through our website are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

-Refuse or cancel any order.

-Limit quantities purchased.

-Change pricing at any time without notice.
