Cancellation Policy

All first time clients must have a patch test carried out 24-48 hours prior to the appointment Please remove all contact lenses prior to the appointment and arrive with no make up on the eye area. A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking your appointment, you can rearrange with at least 24 hours notice. Any cancellations within 24 hours prior to the appointment will require the full amount of the appointment to be paid. Please be aware that,if you are over 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.
